Can I start without a membership?
Yes. A focused session is a straightforward way to solve a defined need and see whether ongoing support is useful.
What is a “short session”?
Most membership questions are designed to be handled in 15-25 minutes. Longer projects may use more included time or be scheduled separately.
Can an adult child coordinate support?
Yes, with the client’s permission. Premium includes limited family access, while Family / Household supports up to two approved coordinators.
What happens beyond the monthly limit?
We will tell you before overage applies. Additional remote time is $79/hour, or longer work can be planned as a focused session.
