Scheduling may be provided by Calendly, Google, or another booking provider. Payments may be processed by Stripe. Those providers collect and process information under their own privacy policies. Hey, Justin does not store full payment-card numbers.
Remote sessions and sensitive information
Remote screen sharing occurs only with your permission. We do not intentionally store your passwords, authentication codes, banking credentials, medical credentials, or government-account credentials. You should enter private credentials yourself and stop screen sharing when sensitive information is visible.

We use information to schedule and deliver services, communicate with you and approved family contacts, process payments, maintain business records, improve the website and service, prevent fraud, and comply with law.

Approved family contacts
We communicate with an adult child or other coordinator only when the client has approved that person or when another lawful basis applies. Approval may be changed or withdrawn.
Business-sponsored services
When a business sponsors or refers you for technology onboarding, we may receive basic referral, eligibility, scheduling, and service-scope information from that business. We may return limited completion or operational information when permitted, but we do not share passwords, screen contents, document contents, or sensitive account information. The referring business and Hey, Justin each remain responsible for their own privacy practices.
Retention and security
