These Terms of Service govern your use of the Hey, Justin website and technology coaching services. By scheduling or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.
Nature of the service
Hey, Justin provides technology education, coaching, organizational help, and process guidance. Results depend on your devices, accounts, third-party services, and participation. Services are not hardware repair, cybersecurity monitoring, legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, or an emergency service.
Scope exclusions
Unless expressly agreed in writing, services exclude Wi-Fi, routers, networking and internet-connectivity troubleshooting; printers, scanners and peripheral hardware; physical device repair and hardware diagnostics; and acting as your proxy for banking, medical, government, or identity-recovery matters.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining access to your devices and accounts, backing up important information, reviewing changes before accepting them, entering sensitive credentials yourself, and deciding whether recommendations are appropriate. Never send passwords or authentication codes by email or text.
Remote access and consent
Remote access or screen sharing requires your express permission and may be ended by you at any time. You remain in control of the device. We may decline to view or handle sensitive information and may stop a session if safety or authorization is unclear.
Family coordinators
A family member or other coordinator may participate only with appropriate client authorization. The client remains the decision-maker unless valid legal authority is documented. We may require identity or authorization verification.
Scheduling, fees, and payment
Current prices, included time, and plan details are shown on the Pricing page or at checkout. Third-party scheduling and payment platforms may have additional terms. Taxes, if applicable, may be added. You authorize the stated charges when purchasing or renewing a service.
Memberships and reasonable use
Memberships are subject to the included time, session limits, scheduling availability, and reasonable-use boundaries stated at purchase. Unused time does not roll over unless stated otherwise. Work beyond included limits requires approval and may be billed at the current overage rate. Memberships may be changed or discontinued with notice.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Membership cancellation takes effect before the next renewal when completed through the applicable billing method or confirmed by us. Appointment cancellation, rescheduling, refund, and no-show rules shown during booking are incorporated into these terms.
Third-party services
We may help you use third-party products, but we do not control or warrant them. Their terms, availability, security, pricing, and privacy practices are their responsibility.
Business programs
Business onboarding, workshop, and referral programs require a separate written scope or order. The hiring business remains responsible for its product, customer relationship, regulated obligations, accessibility duties, eligibility decisions, and official support. Hey, Justin does not sign, consent, submit, or make decisions on a customer’s behalf.
No guarantee and limitation of liability
Services are provided with reasonable care but without a guarantee that every issue can be resolved or that a third-party service will work without interruption. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hey, Justin is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, account access, or profits. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the service giving rise to that claim.
Acceptable conduct
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, unauthorized account access, harassment, deception, or harm. We may refuse or end service when authorization, safety, legality, or respectful conduct is in question.
Texas law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Questions may be submitted using the contact information on this website.
